Another message from my she-ro, Joanna Macy:

For those with more time, there’s also this talk, posted by Naropa University last year … Joanna Macy speaking about “The Courage to See, the Power to Choose”:

Farewell For Now ~ I’ll Be Offline September 1st Through November 30th

sharing this farewell blog post from Tania Marie while she goes on a 3 month sabbatical. don’t miss the video at the end, it says it all. oxox

Tania Marie

GAM_9836 webI thought about how I could likely write a really long post as this last one before I head offline on my 3 month sabbatical, but am guided to make this brief and instead share a simple message to leave with you in the form of the video below that speaks a message of the heart.

While it seems like long that I’ll be gone, with the way time moves like a flash, before you know it I’ll be back again, although much will have transpired not only for myself, but I know for each of you as well.

When I return I’ll share about my process and experiences during these months away, and will look forward to catching up on yours.

A few simple reminders as I leave, along with clarity on this time away, as I’ve received a lot of messages where it seems people haven’t understood what…

5 Steps To Attracting The One – Any Relationship You Desire Is Reflective Of The Relationship With Yourself

this is something that Tania posted today, and I had been awake in the middle of the night thinking about (exact words) the one….beautiful synchronicity. thank you dear Tania Marie and Preston!

Tania Marie

Another awesome video from Preston Smiles that will also hit home for many of you I feel.

I couldn’t NOT share this one, as this topic is so prevalent for everyone and comes up so much in my sessions with clients or conversations with friends where they are wanting support with relationships and being able to draw in that special someone.

Many go about things in backwards ways, don’t realize the undercurrents of their quest that are running the show, or don’t understand why they can’t be with someone they feel is the reflection of the “One” they would like to be with.

You must be your own “One” to be with another “One”.

Preston shares what being that means.

And, as he points out, it’s not just about romantic relationships, but you can utilize and tweak these steps to work for any relationship – business partners, friends, clients, etc…

If This Touches Your Heart ….

This touched my heart deeply. Sharing. Thank you Laura for posting this request from Dean. Prayers and Reiki to be sent.

Laura Bruno's Blog

I’m not able to post all the requests that come my way, but I agree with Dean on this one: how we treat widows and children speaks volumes. I had a dear friend whose husband died, and the insurance company refused to pay any death benefits to her, leaving her in her grief and terrible financial straits. The kindness of strangers kept her afloat until other support became available. If you can contribute and feel moved to do so, please do. If you can “just” send prayers and/or Reiki, please do. Thanks and blessings … Laura

My name is Dean Scarpinato and I am writing on behalf of Sheila Geeting.  Sheila is an older lady beyond her working years who rents a farm house from me in Western Illinois.  I keep the rent as low as I can, at $600 per month.  I also try to be flexible regarding…

Planting Seeds of Intention

This post by Tania Marie speaks deeply to me. I know I’m not the only one. Enjoy the post with its gorgeous butterfly pictures. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Tania Marie

butterfly11Yesterday, the next piece of the journey showed up and began manifesting.

As I’ve mentioned, we decided to move forward into the reality we want to create even though we don’t know how the rest of the pieces will come together.

I just knew that if we did, they would. And they ARE!

butterfly16It’s important to take actions in support of your intentions and not just sit back waiting. That said, it’s also important to make those moves in aligned timing with the energy presenting itself, following the rhythm of natural flow.

When you receive the signs and messages, feel the nudge or tug, or feel your intuition subtly or loudly guiding you forth, it’s time to take a step.

So when you ask for something you need to also engage it on your own end.

And when you want something you need to be aware that your mind and…

The Necessity of Spirituality and ‘A Moral Question’ – Native American Elders William Commanda and Oren Lyons

Two paths. Wisdom speaks

“In the time of the Seventh Fire, a New People would emerge.

They would retrace their steps to find the wisdom that was left by the side of the trail long ago.

Their steps would take them to the elders, who they would ask to guide them on their journey.

If the New People remain strong in their quest, the sacred drum will again sound its voice. There will be an awakening of the people, and the sacred fire will again be lit.

At this time, the light-skinned race will be given a choice between two roads.

One road is the road of greed and technology without wisdom or respect for life. This road represents a rush to destruction.

The other road is spirituality, a slower path that includes respect for all living things.

If we choose…

Put One Foot In Front Of The Other ~ Changing the Reflection by Election!

This was a must reblogged as far as I was concerned.

Tania Marie

It’s SO NOT Christmas and I SO DON’T care. I sing this song year round, along with many others from my favorite Christmas animations.

It actually has nothing to do with Christmas and isn’t a Christmas song…it just happens to come from a Christmas stop-motion animation where many classics come from that have stuck with me in my life.

I was singing another one yesterday too from Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, just BECAUSE. I don’t dictate or filter what wants through….I just allow it.

As most people who really know me know, I always use simplistic examples and pull from childhood to demonstrate things, rather than being some big time intellectual.

I don’t try to be something I’m not and so I embrace my child-like heart, as that’s where home is for me.

This one hits home for me too and comes to us from the animated classic, Santa Claus…

The Serene Hornets’ Nest

Update from Laura on her previous post. Things can and do change.

Laura Bruno's Blog

In response to my very vocal concerns about GMO corn syrup in shelf stable nitrite and MSG filled sausage being marketed as a health food, I was told to contact the manager, which I did. Here’s what happened, and hopefully an illustration that we do not need to cower when something egregious creeps into our awareness. We don’t just need to accept that “this is the way it is.” We can speak up, strongly, and when we do, things can and often do shift. If no one had said anything, then this outcome would not have happened. I’ll still be sending a lot of Reiki to this transition, but I do love it when people step up. It’s a time of clear intentions and walking the talk. Your walk may not be my walk … but it’s a time to match your walk with your talk. I appreciate the opportunity…

Stirring the Hornets’ Nest

Sharing. I appreciate Laura’s awareness , her springing into action and then sharing it with us.

Laura Bruno's Blog

Well, good thing I have a good relationship with all things bee, wasp and hornet, because I’ve gone and done it. The hornet’s nest has officially been stirred. Our local co-op’s under new management and undergoing some, shall we say, “growing pains.” More like a complete identity crisis! After being texted by someone who shall remain anonymous, I had to see this to believe it: shelf stable, non-organic meat sausage filled with GMO corn syrup and MSG, proudly on display right next to organic raw vegan treats, almost looking like they are the same genre and standard.

Oh, that Fire Faery. She does have a wee bit of a fiery temper, now, doesn’t she? Well, apparently, I’m not the only one with jaw dropping recognition that one of these things is not like the others, but I am so far the only person willing to go on record about it…
