For those that resonate. Thank you Laura
I have mentioned “The Founder” or “Foundation Exercises” before, but I’m posting this TEDx again with Dr. Eric Goodman.
So many people keep contacting me about shoulder and/or back pain. Every injury or illness has a metaphysical component to it, so if symptoms or pain continue, then your soul wants your attention. Your body volunteered to get it. That said, chronic pain is no fun! In today’s sedentary culture, so many people spend hours hunched over a computer or desk, sitting in a car or train, and doing ergonomically questionable moves on a daily basis. If this sounds like you, check out this talk.
I personally have found the Founder so transformative in my own life. No more pinched nerves. No more popped out hip, neck or and knee. In the very rare event something like that happens, I just do the Founder and immediately realign. For me, it works…

Sharing the goodness from Collette
As promised, here’s the recipe for my easy to make/bake and life-sustaining bread…
For this recipe you’ll need a heavy cast iron saucepan and lid. I use a Le Creuset one, but any cast iron one is good!
I use the cup method of measurement since my daughter Cara bought me some stainless steel measuring cups for my birthday
2 cups organic wholemeal flour…spelt flour makes for a lighter bread!
2 cups organic white flour
2 cups mixed pumpkin, sesame, sunflower, linseed and poppy seeds. You can choose your own mix to taste!
1 & 1/2 tsps dried yeast
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp herb salt…any one will do.
1 tsp fresh finely chopped herbs…Rosemary or Thyme is good!
Mix well together, then add 2 & 1/3 cups of tepid water.
Using a big spatula, mix well for a few minutes.
Now cover with cling film and set aside…

I’m with KP on this for the most part
This does not surprise me one bit. I have been experiencing this myself in an increasing way. In ancient times this is how we communicated with one another. I’m excited to see it returning. Also the fact that Gaia and the Sun work in tandem to help us absorb these increases in energy 🦄❤
Sharing. Thank you Collette. All the best on your book
As many of you know, I am in the final stages of completing my first manuscript and so have been busy since early December in preparing this book for the printers in Dublin…no tax-dodging Amazon corporation for me!
That’s not how I roll!
As I began this final incubation, I was reluctant to venture into the world of news, website or indeed have my attention diverted.
However, I may have reluctantly refrained from communication, but lots of you have remained in contact via email…please excuse the brief, if any, replies I have provided, but then you know how busy I have been.
The communications have come mainly from the U.S. and have been most concerning to read!
Fear appears to be the main thread linking what you have written to me.
Fear of the government; fear of the future; fear for the environment; fear for healthcare…housing…jobs…I could go on, but…

I haven’t had the opportunity to read this post from Laura yet. I’m sure there’s good info here and wanted to get it out. Love to all
I just wanted to make my many Lyme and Lyme-affected readers aware of two powerful interviews of Lori Dennis, author of “Lyme Madness.” My soon-to-be co-author of a book on healing Lyme Disease — Catherine Grace O’Connell — has become quite the Lyme activist, interviewing many authors and leaders who raise awareness and help people heal from this truly life altering pandemic. She does this for both the Huffington Post and the newer Thrive Global, as well as supporting many Lyme survivors on Instagram. Catherine’s own harrowing journey with Lyme has made her an incredibly compassionate and powerful presence in our world today, and I can now say the same of author Lori Dennis. What a powerhouse of information and Mama Bear love!
You can find Part 1 of the interview here. Catherine and Lori discuss the differences between acute and chronic (aka “late stage”) Lyme, as well…
